From Desktop
Open the related YouTube video.
Scroll down and find the comment you want to copy.
Right-click the timestamp of the comment for example "2 days ago".
Select Copy link address from the menu.
The link is now copied to your clipboard and you can paste it anywhere.
When someone opens this link the video will automatically scroll to that exact comment and highlight it.
From Mobile App
The YouTube mobile app does not allow copying a direct comment link. But you can use this alternative method.
Find the comment.
Tap the username to open their channel.
You can share profile info or take a screenshot. Alternative You can open the same comment on a computer and use the desktop method above.
