1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between REKLAV MEDYA DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA LTD. (“sosyobase.com”) and the user who registers on the site (“Member”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates registration to sosyobase.com, membership rights and obligations, and the terms of use of the platform. By becoming a member of sosyobase.com, the Member is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.

3. Membership Conditions

Membership applications can only be made by persons who are at least 18 years old.
The Member is obliged to provide only accurate and up to date information that belongs to them.
sosyobase.com has the right to reject applications made with incomplete or incorrect information.

4. Account and Security

The Member is responsible for keeping account information such as username and password confidential.
In case account information is used by third parties, sosyobase.com is not responsible; the Member is obliged to notify the situation immediately.
The Member is responsible for account security and the risks of unauthorised access.

5. Membership Rights and Obligations

The Member shall use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement.
The Member shall not share content that may harm the services of sosyobase.com or that is spam or illegal.
sosyobase.com has the right to change the services provided under membership or to suspend or terminate membership.

6. Fees and Payments

Some services are paid and the Member must accept the prices and terms before payment.
Payments can only be made with credit or debit cards that the Member legally owns.
Payment transactions are carried out through secure payment providers and sosyobase.com does not store credit card information.

7. Termination of Membership

The Member may terminate their membership at any time.
sosyobase.com may unilaterally terminate membership in case of violation of the terms of this agreement, illegal activities or use of false information.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Member information is used only for service delivery, improving the user experience and promotions.
Member data is not shared with third parties without the Member’s explicit consent.
Payment and personal information is protected in accordance with security standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

sosyobase.com is not responsible for losses that may arise from internet infrastructure, third party platforms or technical failures.
The Member accepts full responsibility arising from the use of the platform.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the TRNC.
In disputes that may arise between the parties, the courts of the TRNC shall have jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering on sosyobase.com or using its services, you confirm that you have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
